Butterscotch Bars

Give us a romantic description of this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup ( more is ok) butterscotch
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup salted butter
  • 3 tbs. peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

    1. Combine eggs, sugar, salt, butter in a sauce pan and heat to boil.

    2. Boil for 2 minutes. Until thick and bubbly with black flecks, stir constantly.

    3. Stir in marshmallows until melted.

    4. Add graham Crackers.

    5. Spread in a 9" by 9" by 2" pan lined with foil.

    6. Melt butterscotch, vanilla and peanut butter in the microwave and spread on top of the bottom before refrigeration.
